Foshan Fenjiang Printing Factory was founded in 1985 and restructured as a limited co***ny in July 2001. We have, with own property right, workshop in central area of Foshan City, covering an area of above 9,000 square meters, and fixed capital of about 30 million yuan. As a comprehensive printing enterprise well known in Foshan, our daily production capacity of monthly calendars is about 60 thousand pcs.
Products & Business:
FJ brand monthly calendars: hanging calendars, hangtags, desk calendars, as well as those made according to the pictures designated by clients;
Account books, accounting vouchers: a designated printing unit of Foshan City and Yangjiang City; printing equivalent products;
Color-box packaging printing: moon cake boxes, gift boxes, colors boxes for cosmetics, foods and electric appliances, as well as hand bags etc;
Paper printing: publications, hardbound picture albums, product manuals, stick-on trademarks, placards etc.
Fenjiang Printing Factory integrates all production processes involving design, plate-making, printing and post-finishing. Our main equipment includes 5 sets large-sized offset presses and over a hundred sets of pre-printing and post-printing equipment including the globally advanced Heidelberg CD-102 computer four-color alcohol printing machine introduced in 2005 at a price of 8 million yuan that enjoys a working speed of 15,200 pieces per hour, is thus the first priority for high-grade commercial printing; a screen printing machine that's used to achieve such effects as local UV, sanding, protrusion printing, ice flower, wrinkle and gold sprinkling etc.; a gold / silver card embosser that's used for tea / tobacco / wine boxes, cosmetic boxes and food packaging to achieve such effects as refraction, laser etc.; lucky envelop box pasting machines; binding machines; and other auxiliary equipment.
